Cancellation

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email). The following rules apply:

a) For cancellations up to 30 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rental price is charged.

b) For cancellations up to 20 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental price is charged.

c) For cancellations less than 10 days before arrival, 75% of the rental price is charged.

d) For cancellations from 2 days prior to the day of arrival up to the day of arrival itself, 100% of the rental price is due.

e) If you fail to arrive within 24 hours of the agreed date without prior notice, this is considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental price is due.

f) In the event of cancellation by us, any amounts already paid will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation insurance.

The insured events are:

1. Serious illness (including pre-existing conditions), accident, death, or urgent organ transplantation (as donor or recipient) involving:

• An Insured Person;

• A family member who normally resides at the same address as the Insured Person, or their parents or relatives up to and including the third degree of kinship;

• The person responsible for the care of minors for whom You are the guardian, or adults with a disability for whom You are the legal administrator or mentor;

2. Significant damage to the Insured Person's primary residence, second home, or business premises; 3. Dismissal of the Insured; 

4. Arrival of a child for adoption by an Insured; 

5. Medical complications or medical issues directly related to 

the pregnancy of the Insured or of a family member up to and including the third degree of kinship; 

Accommodation costs (excluding tourist tax, cleaning, and bed linen) will 

be reimbursed to the Insured in full or on a pro-rata basis in the event of early termination of the holiday. Insurance costs are excluded in the event of early cancellation.
