Holiday home stay

a) Weekend: Friday from 3:00 PM to Monday 11:00 AM. If you book a short weekend 

(2 nights), you may stay until 6:00 PM on Sunday. 

b) Midweek: Monday from 3:00 PM to Friday 11:00 AM. 

c) Week: Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday. 

d) On the day of arrival, you may generally access the holiday home from 3:00 PM. 

On the day of departure, you must vacate the holiday home by 11:00 AM 

(except on Sundays, when you may stay until 6:00 PM; see point a). 

e) The holiday home is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace. 

f) Pets allowed only upon request.. 

g) We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels down when outdoors after 10:00 PM. 

h) The rental price does not include final cleaning or bed linen. 

i) Gas, water, and electricity are included in the price, but we ask that you use 

them sparingly. 

j) Subletting or re-letting is strictly prohibited. 

k) Having more people stay in the holiday home than agreed upon in the reservation—or 

exceeding the property's maximum occupancy—is strictly prohibited without our 

permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
